Crab Supper Pie

Ingredients:
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
2 cans (7 1/1 oz. size) crab meat, flaked and drained (or about a pound of fresh crab meat)
2 green onions (sliced with tops)
3 beaten eggs
1 cup light cream
½ tsp. grated lemon peel
¼ tsp. dry mustard
¼ cup sliced almonds
Preparation:
Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom of pasty shell. Top with crab meat and sprinkle with green onion. Combine eggs, cream, ½ tsp. salt, lemon peel, and dry mustard. Pour over crab meat and top with almonds. Bake at 325 degrees until set, about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!
